4 frozen bananas, very ripe

1 fresh or frozen pear, very ripe

1/2 – 1 cup almond milk (depending on how thick you want it)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 whole cloves
